Import Data

Need a starting point? Download the CSV template with the expected columns. Required: Candidate ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, State Code, Certification Area. Optional columns cover stage, tier, employer, coach email (assigns the primary coach), and coursework-completion date (drives the default tier).

States, programs, certification areas, stages, and tiers must exist in Administration before import — unknown values are flagged as row errors, not guessed.
